with decorative wax paper doilies or on a tray lined with
the same. Either sealed in a tin or placed on a tray with
a decorative see-through lid, you will certainly

FOR ALL SEASONS -
Do
you have a special occasion? Birthday? Anniversary? Mother's
/ Father's Day? Valentine's Day? Christmas? Chanukah? Passover(*)
? If you have a special theme, occasion or holiday, I can
prepare a majority of my cookie/bar collection with a particular
decorative color or theme in mind. (For example, at Christmas
time, the edible decoration/color choices would be red and/or
green.
The sugar cookies would be in the shape of a Christmas stocking,
wreath, candy cane, and Christmas tree. For 4th
of July, I would decorate in red, white and blue....sugar
cookies in the shape of stars. Valentine's Day, I use pink,
red, white and purple and heart-shaped cookies. You get the
idea.) For these and any special order, please e-mail or telephone
me to discuss what you would specifically like.
(* For Passover, although I do not
keep a kosher kitchen, I strictly adhere to using only 'kosher
for Passover' food items.) |

STORAGE & HANDLING
Once you receive your order, if you haven't devoured them
in one day, I strongly recommend that you refrigerate your
cookies and/or bars to keep them fresh longer. Because I use
no preservatives, they may last as long as 20 + days if refrigerated
but only 5 + days if left out on the counter. Honestly, though,
once you start eating them, not too many people find this
an issue!! However, should you resist temptation and end up
refrigerating them, when you take some to eat, you may want
to let them sit for a few minutes to get to room temperature,
or maybe even microwave (a few seconds only) to warm them
up just a little. Then again, as with almost any product,
freezing is always an option, too. If you would prefer to
freeze them, make sure you use an air tight container, "burping"
the lid to squeeze out any excess air. To thaw, please allow
20-30 minutes before eating. I would not recommend freezing
for more than 1-2 months.
