Each cookie or bar is placed in a decorative paper or foil liner then placed in a tin lined with decorative wax paper doilies or on a tray lined with the same. Either sealed in a tin or placed on a tray with a decorative see-through lid, you will certainly LOVE every bite you take.

SHIPPING

With a large selection to choose from, I am certain you will find a colorful or seasonally themed tin or box to suit your occasion and the special person you are buying for......even if it's YOU ! Once your order is packaged in a tin, it will be carefully padded and placed in a sturdy box for shipping. Shipping charges are determined by weight, location, and the method of shipping selected. In order to assure you receive the FRESHEST product possible, if in Los Angeles, Ventura or Orange Counties, I can arrange to have the order hand-delivered or shipped via UPS ground. For other counties in California or bordering states, it will require either 2nd day ground or 2nd day air. For the remainder of the country, I would ship 2nd day air, and at the very longest, 3rd day air, but I would heartily recommend no longer than two days shipping time. Due to the shipping companies' "no weekend delivery" rule, I prefer to wait until the following Monday and ship fresh out the door that morning, so there is no wasted "sitting" time at the shipper's station over a weekend.

 

 
STORAGE & HANDLING

Once you receive your order, if you haven't devoured them in one day, I strongly recommend that you refrigerate your cookies and/or bars to keep them fresh longer. Because I use no preservatives, they may last as long as 20 + days if refrigerated but only 5 + days if left out on the counter. Honestly, though, once you start eating them, not too many people find this an issue!! However, should you resist temptation and end up refrigerating them, when you take some to eat, you may want to let them sit for a few minutes to get to room temperature, or maybe even microwave (a few seconds only) to warm them up just a little. Then again, as with almost any product, freezing is always an option, too. If you would prefer to freeze them, make sure you use an air tight container, "burping" the lid to squeeze out any excess air. To thaw, please allow 20-30 minutes before eating. I would not recommend freezing for more than 1-2 months.
